Guidelines for papers

Please follow the below steps to prepare and submit your proceedings paper. The SRI 2024 proceedings will be published online by IOP in an open access volume of the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

1. Guidance on preparing your paper
Papers must be correctly prepared to be considered for publication in the SRI 2024 proceedings. When you submit your article, it must be proofread and in its final form ready for publication. The IOP website provides detailed guidelines on preparing your paper for publication (format, content, pdf conversion etc.):

2. Templates
Authors must prepare their papers using the Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates provided by IOP, and then convert these to PDF format for submission. Templates and style guidelines as well as citation examples are also available on this IOP website:

3. Length of papers
(i) contributed (oral/poster): 4-6 pages
(ii) invited: 4-10 pages
(iii) keynote and plenary: no page limit

4. Publication license agreement
By submitting a paper for publication in the SRI 2024 Proceedings, you accept the terms of the IOP Proceedings Publication License, and also accept the terms on behalf of any co-authors. Please carefully read the IOP Proceedings License before making your submission:

5. Submission process
Papers must be submitted via the IOP Morressier proceedings management platform.
