Presentation guidelines

You will find all information required for the preparation of your presentations (poster or talks) below:

Oral presentations
The total length duration of the presentation time (incl. discussion) can be different, depending on the corresponding category:

• Key-note talks: 45 min.
• Plenary talks: 30 min.
• Invited talks: 20 min.
• Contributed talks: 15 min.

We suggest for a 15 minutes talk: 10 min. for the presentation, about 3-4 min. for discussion and 1-2 min. for the introduction of the speaker, changing time between the speakers.

Preparation of the oral presentations
• We kindly ask you to prepare .ppt, .pptx and .pdf versions to avoid software compatibility problems.

Poster Presentations
• The format of the poster is DIN A0 (portrait): 841 mm x 1189 mm
• The poster title, author(s) name(s), and affiliation(s) should as usual be placed at the top of the poster. Please mark or underline the name of the presenter.
